Description
This is a link to the consultation document currently operated by ILEX Professional Standards, the professional regulator for members of the Institute of Legal Executives. It contains the existing Code and includes a series of questions on which the regulator is consulting inorder to consider amendments.
Legal Executives work within firms of solicitors and legal departments of other organisations and often take major responsibilities for clients' works within specific areas.
